For Faculty and Medical Directors

Faculty and Medical Directors support PEPP Course Coordinators in teaching a PEPP course. Your participation enables us to maintain small faculty-to-student ratios crucial for successful learning and assessment.

PEPP Faculty

PEPP Faculty serve in a PEPP course by presenting content and interacting with students as directed by the Course Coordinator. As Faculty, you do not coordinate a course on your own. Instead, you work with the CC and other Faculty to facilitate learning. Within a PEPP class, skill stations require a faculty-to-student ratio of 1:6. and case-based scenarios require a faculty-to-student ratio of 1:10.

PEPP Medical Director

By serving as Medical Director on a PEPP course, you ensure that the Course Coordinator has all the information they need to successfully coordinate a class in your area.

Your level of involvement may vary from one course to the next, depending on the needs of the Course Coordinator. It is not mandatory that you be on site during a class, though doing so can greatly enhance the quality of the learning process.
